04/05/2006 - Subframe Connectors, Shock Tower and Rotors

Shot of the Global West sub frame connector for the  drivers side. Both are in and welded at this time.

This is a top view of the same side. I wanted to get these installed before I actually welded any floor pans  in place and it has made it much easier to weld things up.

The shock tower repair is in and being installed.  Not much metal but worth it for my purposes.  Everything test fits nicely with just some minor  clean up.  I have one part of the driver's side tower  that needs some work to lie flat against the tower  but hopefully heat and hammer will resolve that.

Ran across these from ebay for $79.99. Since I am keeping  the existing disc brake setup, these fit in to the plan nicely  and the price was right. I moved to 1970+ big bearing spindles  so these are 70+ versions but the vendor had 68-69 versions as well. I bought wheel bearings and seals locally and have  everything ready to go.
